Custom Deluge automation that uses Package lookups to link Bills with the corresponding Sales Orders.
A connected record path across the workflow, making the relationship between purchasing and sales easier to trace.
FINANCE / ORDER-TO-CASH
A daily Order-to-Cash report depended on manual Excel updates to bring operational and finance information together.
An Order-to-Cash tracker built on live Zoho Books data, replacing the spreadsheet-based reporting workflow.
A single working view of the O2C process based on live source data, replacing the daily manual report.
LOGISTICS / PRODUCT & SYSTEM DESIGN
A logistics platform needed a clear definition of what it should do and how the software should support the operation.
A product requirements document and technical specification translating the operational brief into a structured platform plan.
A concrete specification for development discussions and implementation planning, with the scope and technical direction documented before development.
OPERATIONS / COMPLIANCE COORDINATION
Work across UK and Dutch entities required coordinated ownership of a cross-border GDPR program.
Coordination of the compliance program alongside the business’s software, systems, and website responsibilities.

I’m Mahmoud Ateyya. My work brings software engineering into the everyday reality of a business: how orders move, how finance teams access information, and how people use their tools.
At Sustainergy, I work across Zoho administration, custom automation, finance reporting, and platform planning. My responsibilities also span website development, SEO, pricing, and cross-border compliance coordination.
I still build the software. But I also work on defining the problem, understanding the process, and connecting the systems around it.
Teaching programming and leading a student engineering community taught me to explain complex ideas clearly. That remains a practical part of how I work with technical and nontechnical teams.
